Das
erfolgreiche „Alles Frank!“ Wochenende im September 2021 hat erneut
gezeigt, welche Begeisterung dieses Meisterwerk der Moderne quer durch
die Generationen hervorrufen kann.

Bevor 2022 die Sanierung
beginnt, bietet daher das Architekturzentrum Wien in Kooperation mit dem
Eigentümer eine weitere Möglichkeit an, die von Josef Frank und Oskar
Wlach geplante Villa Beer (1929–1931) im Rahmen einer Führung zu
erleben.
