The Hotel Development & Investment workshop/forum guides us through the complete hotel project life cycle – from concept, feasibility study and financing to investing, asset management and disposition.

Industry experts will speak on each step of a hotel development project and share with us their expertise on the topics.  They will interact with us and address the issues of interest to all hotel development project participants.

This is a continuous development program for professionals in the real estate and hospitality industries, including property developers, architects, designers, contractors, consultants, lenders, investors, operators and suppliers.  The workshop/forum calls for cross-functional collaboration between the speakers and the participants.

The program focuses on the key aspects of a hotel development project:

• Planning & Development – Hotel development projects, hotel project feasibility studies, implementation of hotel projects and project management, hotel operating models and selection of hotel operators.
• Financing & Investment – Conventional and alternative financing for hotel projects, hotel investment structuring and strategies as well as the management of hotel investments.
• Hotel Asset Management – The structuring and management of hotel assets, hotel revenue management, valuing hotel property, hotel acquisition, project exit and asset disposition.
